Our company received feedback from a customer regarding an abnormal display panel. After AU testing, the fixture was lit up to confirm that the fault can be reproduced, and the screen displayed obvious abnormalities.

Appearance inspection: The panel has no physical damage or assembly abnormalities.
Electrical inspection: AVDD network found short circuit to ground.
Circuit positioning: AVDD related components include U201, U601, C206, C207, etc.
Exclude item by item: After removing U201, AVDD's impedance to ground returns to normal.
In depth analysis by AU Optronics manufacturers:
U201 appearance and De Cap inspection showed no abnormalities.
EFA (Fault Localization Analysis) confirms the presence of abnormal hotspots between Pin21 and Pin22.
